Blessed with amazing views, this two-story apartment had a kitchen that was enclosed and an office hidden behind a wall, both with no access to the view. So, we proceeded to relocate a bearing wall to transform it into a feature wall complete with art glass, and incorporated an existing corridor into the kitchen, while also removing the walls around the kitchen and office.
The result is now a breathtaking view from the kitchen, and the open plan office area just off the kitchen has a very well placed mirror that picks up the water view through the reflection. Now, when our clients are entertaining, their guests are still treated to the view while lingering in the kitchen with their hosts, preparing the meal for the evening.
