Our Process
The Initial Consultation
First, we like to meet with you to review your objectives and challenges, and to suggest possible solutions. We take the time to discover what you desire overall and how we can work together to maximize the potential of your renovation. This helps all of us involved to expand on the initial information and direction so we can plan the final outcome. From this point,we then provide a written proposal that highlights the areas discussed, including a service agreement and fee schedule.
Conceptual Design
Once the proposal is accepted we give you a little homework that provides us with much needed information and allows us to make sure the vision is consistent. We then proceed to gather information relevant to the project such as site measurements, pictures, and special items you want to work with. We review with you any additional information needed and proceed to create floor plans, elevations and storyboards.
Design Development & Estimation
Here is when we review the proposed designs with you and make all the final selections through storyboards, floor plans, elevations, reflected ceiling lighting plans, furniture selections, and finishes. This provides us with the information required for the trades, and suppliers, to estimate for the project.
Project Management
Once we’ve reached the project management stage we’re ready for implementation! Now, trades are booked and a work schedule is provided. We proceed with organizing the management of purchases, as well as tracking, scheduling and supervising all the trades and suppliers to complete the project.
