We deal with the permit process, working with the city to approve your improvement to your home; set up a building schedule with time lines for each phase of construction; coordinate all subcontractors to ensure the project will be ready for them to work on according to the schedule; and we order all supplies, plumbing and electrical fixtures, appliances, tile and carpet to ensure that all items are on site when required.
